Amaranta Bread Club
One-time purchases • bread subscription • delivery • payment • returns
1. General Terms and Parties
These Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale (the “Terms”) govern the one-time purchase of bakery products and other listed goods through the Amaranta Bread Club website, as well as subscriptions with recurring deliveries. The website is operated and the goods are sold by AMARANTA Limited Liability Company (AMARANTA LLC) (the “Seller”, “we”).
A Buyer or Customer is the individual who orders goods. A Subscriber is a Buyer who has expressly chosen a recurring delivery plan. These Terms are to be read together with the product descriptions displayed on the Website, the order summary and the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are effective from 15.10.2026. The mandatory legal rules of the Republic of Armenia apply, including consumer protection and food safety requirements.
2. Seller Information
Legal entity: AMARANTA Limited Liability Company (AMARANTA LLC). Taxpayer identification number (TIN): 01377894. State registration number: 999.110.1573476.
Registered address: Apt. 11, Building 16, 2nd Lane, Margaryan St., Ajapnyak District, Yerevan 0078, Republic of Armenia.
Email: info@amarantabreadcub.com. Customer service phone: +374 77 180232.
Delivery service areas, delivery costs, available payment methods and any order restrictions are shown on the Website before final confirmation of the order.
3. Product Information
Before purchase, each product page on the Website shows the product name, weight or quantity, price, main ingredients and mandatory information, including allergens, storage conditions and shelf life, to the extent required by food legislation.
Photographs are representative: there may be minor natural variations in the shape, crust colour or appearance of handmade bread, but these cannot justify any deviation in the product’s weight, mandatory characteristics or quality.
If you are unsure about ingredients or allergens, please contact us before purchasing. We do not confirm any “allergen-free” property unless this is clearly stated, in verified form, on the product page or label.
4. Prices, Fees and Currency
Prices are shown in Armenian dram (AMD). The final order total, delivery fee, applicable taxes and any other mandatory additional charges are displayed before you confirm the order and commit to pay. No hidden fees are charged.
The price of an order already confirmed by the Buyer will not be changed unilaterally. Prices for new orders may change, but such changes do not affect previously confirmed orders, except where permitted by law and agreed by the parties.
The validity periods and restrictions of discounts, gift codes and promotions are published when they are offered. If a payment fails, fulfilment of the order or the next delivery may be suspended until payment is confirmed.
5. Placing an Order and Conclusion of the Contract
The Buyer selects the product, quantity, delivery option, address, preferred day and payment method, and reviews the final summary. Before confirming, the Buyer can correct any input errors.
The button used to submit a paid order must clearly indicate the obligation to pay (for example, “Order and pay”). Receipt of the order is confirmed by email, SMS or another agreed durable message setting out the main terms of the order.
If a particular product is unavailable, the order contains an obvious technical error or delivery is not possible, we will inform the Buyer and offer an alternative or a refund of the corresponding amount. No paid substitution with a different product is made without the Buyer’s consent.
6. One-Time Orders
A one-time purchase covers the product, quantity, address and delivery day stated in the order confirmation and creates no obligation to make further payments.
A one-time order is not converted into a subscription without the Buyer’s separate, explicit confirmation. Additional products and delivery services are charged only if the Buyer has confirmed their cost.
7. Subscription Activation and Key Terms
A subscription is a service for the recurring supply of bread. At the time of selection and before confirmation, the following are displayed separately and legibly: plan name, types of bread, quantity, frequency and days of each delivery, billing period, price per delivery and for the entire billing period, delivery fee, date of first charge and plan duration.
If the selected plan provides for automatic renewal or recurring card charges, this must be presented separately before subscribing and confirmed by a deliberate action of the Buyer. Pre-ticked consent boxes or hidden subscriptions are not used.
If a plan has no fixed end date, it remains in effect until cancelled by the Buyer, within the scope of these Terms and the confirmed order. A minimum commitment period may apply only if it is clearly stated on the specific plan page before purchase and does not contradict the law.
8. Automatic Charges and Payment Security
By confirming the automatic payment option, the Subscriber authorises charges of the plan price shown in advance on the Website at the selected frequency and for the selected billing periods. The amount and frequency of charges must not differ from the terms confirmed by the Subscriber without the Subscriber’s separate confirmation.
Payments are made using the payment methods available on the Website and, where applicable, through the relevant payment institution. The Company never asks you to send your card’s secret CVV code by message.
If a payment is declined or a card has expired, we will notify the Subscriber and may temporarily suspend new deliveries. If we become aware of a duplicate or erroneous charge, we will review the transaction and refund the amount charged in error.
9. Changing, Cancelling and Resuming a Subscription
The Subscriber may cancel the subscription at any time using the relevant function in their personal account (if available) or by written request to info@amarantabreadcub.com. Cancellation must not require any new, unconfirmed purchase, whether delivered or not yet fulfilled.
After cancellation, no charges are made for new billing periods. Changes to and refunds for orders that were separately confirmed before cancellation and have already entered preparation or delivery are handled in accordance with Sections 11 and 12 of these Terms and the law.
The options for changing the address, type of bread, quantity or delivery day, or skipping a delivery, and the deadline for doing so, are shown in the management section of the relevant plan/order or in the confirmation message. If a change is no longer possible due to the production stage, we will inform the customer.
A subscription is resumed and new charges are made only upon the Subscriber’s new confirmation. A message confirming cancellation is provided in a form that can be saved.
10. Changes to Subscription Price and Plan
The Seller may propose changes to plans, product range or delivery schedule, but the price for a billing period already confirmed will not be increased unilaterally.
Any change to the amount or frequency of future recurring payments, or to the material terms of the plan, is notified to the Subscriber in advance, allowing sufficient time to make a choice. A new, higher or otherwise materially changed charge is made only upon explicit confirmation of the new terms. Without such confirmation, the changed plan will not be charged.
The Subscriber may decline the proposed change and cancel the subscription without any penalty for future periods.
11. Delivery and Transfer of Risk
Orders are delivered within the service area and time window selected and confirmed by the Seller. Available delivery days, costs and restrictions are shown before payment. If the address provided is outside the service area, the Buyer must be informed before the order is confirmed.
We ensure proper packaging and transport in line with food safety requirements. Delivery times may change due to objective circumstances; in the event of a significant delay or impossibility of delivery, we will promptly inform you and offer an agreed new time or another solution provided by law.
Until the goods are actually received by the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods is borne by the Seller, subject to the exceptions established by applicable law. The Buyer must provide a correct address and take reasonable steps to ensure receipt at the agreed time.
If the Buyer does not respond and does not ensure receipt, we will get in touch and try to agree on a solution, taking into account the specific storage requirements of fresh food. Such a situation does not in itself remove the Buyer’s rights protected by law.
12. Order Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Fresh bread is a food product, and its nature and shelf life are important when assessing the right to withdraw from an order. For bread of proper quality that has already been prepared/delivered, a return is possible to the extent provided by applicable law or by any more favourable terms specifically published. No unconditional “14-day return” promise is made for bread of proper quality where the law does not provide for such a right for the transaction in question.
If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered preparation, we will try to cancel it and refund the payment received. If preparation has already begun, the rights and obligations of the parties are determined by the nature of the product, the terms previously published and confirmed, and the mandatory legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
The Buyer’s statutory rights are not limited in the case of goods that are of poor quality, damaged, of the wrong type or quantity, past their expiry date or non-compliant with safety requirements. Where a claim is justified, the applicable legal remedies are available, including replacement, a proportionate price reduction or a refund, as appropriate.
Refunds are made within the period established by law, usually by the same payment method, unless the parties have lawfully agreed otherwise. A statutory right to a refund cannot be excluded by these Terms.
13. Quality Complaints and Food Safety
On receipt, check the condition of the packaging and the type and quantity of the goods. In the event of a discrepancy, damage or a suspected safety issue, please let us know as soon as possible, stating the order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo.
Prompt notification helps us investigate the problem and ensures food traceability, but does not in itself limit the time limits for bringing a claim or the legal remedies provided by law.
Store the product under the conditions stated on it or on the Website, and do not consume it if you have any doubts about its safety. If a recall or safety warning becomes necessary, we will contact you by available means and act in accordance with the law.
14. Allergens and Special Dietary Requirements
Bread may contain allergens or come into contact with other ingredients during production/packaging. The ingredients and mandatory allergen information for a product should be checked on the product page and label before consumption.
If you have a severe allergy or special dietary restriction, contact us before ordering to clarify the available information on the ingredients and production environment of the specific product. Without separately confirmed information, we do not guarantee the absence of cross-contact.
15. Liability
We are liable for the proper quality and safety of the goods we sell and for the fulfilment of orders to the extent established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Seller’s liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, in particular with respect to harm caused to life and health or to the consumer’s mandatory rights.
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the order, contact and address details provided. Neither party is released from liability merely by a general, unspecified reference to “force majeure”; the relevant rules of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia apply.
16. Website Use Rules and Intellectual Property
The Website’s design, brand, images, texts and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Copying or distributing them beyond personal, non-commercial use is permitted only with the consent of the relevant rights holder or on a basis provided by law.
It is prohibited to intentionally interfere with the operation of the Website, create fake orders or unlawfully use another person’s data.
17. Personal Data and Communications
The procedure for processing data collected in connection with orders, payments and subscriptions is set out in the separate Privacy Policy.
Service messages (order confirmation, delivery changes, subscription charges and cancellation) are distinct from promotional messages. Marketing information is sent only where there is an appropriate basis and, where necessary, separate consent.
18. Complaints Resolution and Governing Law
Complaints about orders, returns or subscriptions can be submitted to info@amarantabreadcub.com or by phone at +374 77 180232. Please state the order number, your contact details and the nature of your request.
We will first try to resolve any dispute through negotiation, responding to the complaint within a reasonable time. The parties may use mediation, alternative dispute resolution and judicial remedies permitted by law. These Terms do not limit the consumer’s right to apply to the competent public authorities or to a court.
These relations are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, without prejudice to the protection afforded to the consumer by mandatory rules.
19. Changes to these Terms
The Company may update these Terms and publish the new version on the Website. Changes may not retroactively worsen the material terms of an order already concluded without the lawful agreement of the parties.
In the event of a material change to an active subscription, the Subscriber is notified in advance and, where necessary, their new confirmation is obtained in accordance with Section 10.
